‘Self-doubt is the anchor that keeps our ships from sailing”

Have you ever wrestled with self-doubt?

I struggled with self-doubt a lot when I was growing up and I’d learned not to trust my judgments and perceptions. I doubted my capabilities, my worth, and whom I even was. Today, of course, while I might bump up against self-doubt every now and again, I know exactly what to do with it and how to move through it.

I noticed that all of the women I have the privilege of working with, are filled with self doubt when they first come to me. One of the great rewards in working together for me, is to watch them slowly discard self doubt and replace it with self trust and a deep confidence in who they are, what they think and how they want to show up in the world.
